THE ROYAL NAVY AND ROYAL MARINES CHARITY
The Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity is the principal charity of the Royal Navy. It exists to support sailors, marines and their families, for life.
Beneficiaries lie at the heart of The Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity's purpose, its duty is to remain focused on their needs. Since 2007, it has funded projects and facilities that boost morale for those who serve today. It also distributes millions of pounds annually to military charities which care for the children, families and veterans of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines.
The Charity’s mission is “To raise and deliver resources, working with others, to provide the best support to serving and former members of the Naval Service and their families.”
ABF THE SOLDIERS' CHARITY
ABF The Soldiers’ Charity is the National Charity of the British Army. It gives a lifetime of support to soldiers, veterans and their immediate families, in times of need.
The Soldiers’ Charity makes grants to individuals through their Regiments and Corps and supports a wide range of specialist charities that sustain the British Army ‘family’, both at home and around the world. It has been doing this since 1944, working with veterans of every conflict, and envisages continuing doing so for the ‘long haul’ - supporting all future generations of our soldiers and their immediate families.
In the past year, the charity has supported more than 4,500 individuals and given grants to 92 specialist organisations and partner charities which delivered support on its behalf.
THE ROYAL AIR FORCE BENEVOLENT FUND
The Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund is the RAF's leading welfare charity with a proud tradition of looking after its own. It is there for all serving and former members of the RAF as well as their partners and dependent children.
